The structure of our virtual internship platform is centred around the projects you undertake. You will
begin with an introduction to the project, progress through various stages, and acquire and apply new
skills. The culmination of your virtual internship will be a project and portfolio presentation.
During your virtual internship, we are committed to providing comprehensive support. Our instructors and
project assistants are readily available to assist you. You can also engage with fellow participants
through discussion forums for additional clarification and collaboration. Our instructors occasionally
offer live mentored classes, ensuring you never feel alone in your learning journey.
The typical virtual internship on the platform lasts six weeks. Weekly modules introduce project
concepts, contexts, and real-world scenarios. Each module typically includes a task leading up to a
major project in the final week that will contribute to your portfolio.
We offer the Pro Pathway for those seeking additional experience and a more comprehensive learning
journey. This pathway requires participants to complete 15 independent projects within 3-6 months,
providing a deeper dive into their chosen field. Completion of the Pro Pathway grants eligibility for
the Skill for Hire stage, where participants can showcase their portfolios to potential employers
actively seeking talent.
Skill for Hire is a phase where individuals who have completed the Pro Pathway can exhibit their
portfolios to potential employers actively seeking talent. It offers employment opportunities and
directly bridges your virtual internship experience and real-world job prospects.
Upon completing projects within the set time frame, participants will receive a verifiable InnodevPro
certificate for both the 6-week program and the Pro Pathway. These certificates can be downloaded and
shared from the learning portal, providing tangible proof of your achievements on our virtual internship
platform.
