- Refunds will not be provided for users who have already accessed and completed any of the modules either the Standard or Pro level of the virtual internship program within the designated time period

- No refunds will be issued for users who fail to complete the program within the designated time period.

- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the day of approval.
